A sus 51 a\u00f1os,  el conocido cocinero se ha nacionalizado en el Principado donde en 1987 se hizo  cargo del restaurante del Hotel de Par\u00eds, el Louis XV, que tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde  se convertir\u00eda en el primer establecimiento hotelero con tres estrellas  Michelin.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n  <br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n  Desde ese enclave, que Ducasse  siempre ha reivindicado como la piedra angular de su imperio, el cocinero ha  desarrollado todo un grupo gastron\u00f3mico que en la actualidad emplea a un millar  de personas.
