La vicepresidenta de la Confederaci\u00f3n Nacional de Servidores P\u00fablicos del Ecuador, Mercy Maldonado, expuso que los despidos se dieron indiscriminadamente, sin informes t\u00e9cnicos y tampoco se conoce cu\u00e1l fue el estudio que se realiz\u00f3 para unificar ministerios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
