Actualmente, Tsuruma es&nbsp;el&nbsp;propietario del restaurante peruano MAIDO, ocupando&nbsp;el&nbsp;puesto 1 como&nbsp;mejor&nbsp;restaurante de Per\u00fa seg\u00fan la Gu\u00eda SUMMUM, puesto 3 en la lista de los Latin America&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants y puesto 11 en la lista de The World&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;s\u00e1bado 09 de marzo, la experiencia gastron\u00f3mica estar\u00e1 a cargo de la talentosa chef Janaina Rueda, clasificada en&nbsp;el&nbsp;puesto #4 de los \u201c50 Best\u201d Restaurantes de Am\u00e9rica Latina, acompa\u00f1ada de la maestr\u00eda de Marsia Taha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;evento concluye&nbsp;el&nbsp;domingo 10 de marzo,&nbsp;con&nbsp;la creatividad culinaria del chef Alvaro Clavijo, posicionado en&nbsp;el&nbsp;puesto #2 de los \u201c50 Best\u201d Restaurantes de Am\u00e9rica Latina, y nuevamente disfrutando de la distinci\u00f3n de Benjamin Nast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;evento cuenta&nbsp;con&nbsp;el&nbsp;apoyo del
