Ya no somos pocos\/as en Republica Dominicana quienes identificamos corrupci\u00f3n e impunidad con el sistema estatal y empresarial establecido, con el partidismo tradicional, con la gansterizaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica y las c\u00fapulas capitalistas, con una institucionalidad manipulada por actores moralmente degradados m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las lacras propias del liberalismo burgu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
En la marcha-tsunami del pasado domingo 22 de enero apreci\u00e9 una fuerte simpat\u00eda con la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de los personeros y entidades gubernamentales y empresariales de la corrupci\u00f3n, beneficiarias de una podredumbre estructuralmente impune: presidentes, ministros, congresistas, tribunales, magnates, generales, corporaciones, pol\u00edticos…<\/p>\n
Escuch\u00e9 muchas expresiones condenatorias en ese tenor, con un \u00e9nfasis mayor contra figuras y entidades del r\u00e9gimen actual (la dictadura morada); sin excluir los dem\u00e1s colores de un partidismo degradado por corrupci\u00f3n, autoritarismo, insensibilidad social y sumisi\u00f3n a la estrategia neoliberal del gran capital. <\/p>\n
Los que han gobernado en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, los que han dominado junto a grupos sat\u00e9lites o sanguijuelas privilegiadas, han cosechado enorme repudio y desconfianza. Las instituciones que controlan carecen de credibilidad, sistemas judicial y electoral incluidos. Est\u00e1n arrinconados, sin autoridad para movilizar y enarbolar los reclamos del pueblo empobrecido, capas medias mal tratadas e incluso sectores acomodados apegados a la honestidad.<\/p>\n
La propia marcha dej\u00f3 a un lado al sistema tradicional de partidos y su forma perversa de hacer pol\u00edtica, en clara se\u00f1al de que algo nuevo se est\u00e1 gestando con una diversidad de protagonistas sociales politizados. <\/p>\n
Ella fue m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los sobornos de Odebrech y el simple reclamo a las autoridades judiciales y entidades establecidas, porque una parte significativa de la sociedad ya percibe que los corruptos que ejercen los poderes del Estado y los funcionarios por ellos sobornados no van a actuar contra s\u00ed mismo; no se van a meter a la c\u00e1rcel ni a devolver lo robado por las buenas, sino que habr\u00e1 que crear una nueva situaci\u00f3n que permita invalidarlos para gobernar y generar una nueva institucionalidad.<\/p>\n
Crece la convicci\u00f3n, que en tanto la gran corrupci\u00f3n emana y beneficia a las c\u00fapulas dominante-gobernantes, que a la vez controlan los mecanismos garantes impunidad, es tonto tanto pedirle -como esperar- mangos de un captus.<\/p>\n
Por eso hay que aportarle m\u00e1s energ\u00edas a la democracia de calle que comienza a desplegarse, as\u00ed como a la propuesta una Constituyente Soberana que posibilite refundar las instituciones, nueva justicia, barrer corrupci\u00f3n y desigualdades, y crear bienestar colectivo. \u00a1Hay que construir en com\u00fan una salida pol\u00edtica que reemplace lo decadente!<\/p>\n

We are no longer few in Dominican Republic who identify corruption and impunity with the established state and business system, with traditional partisanship, with the gansterization of politics and the capitalist domes, with an institutionality manipulated by morally degraded actors beyond the own Bourgeois liberalism.<\/p>\n
In the tsunami march last Sunday, I appreciated strong sympathy with the signposting of government officials and government and business entities of corruption, beneficiaries of structurally unpunished corruption: presidents, ministers, congressmen, courts, magnates, generals, corporations, politicians …<\/p>\n
I heard many condemnatory expressions in that tenor, with a greater emphasis on figures and entities of the present regime (the purple dictatorship); without excluding the other colors of a party degraded by corruption, authoritarianism, social insensitivity and submission to the neoliberal strategy of big capital.<\/p>\n
Those who have ruled over the last few decades, those who have dominated together with satellites or privileged leeches, have received enormous repudiation and distrust. The institutions they control lack credibility, including judicial and electoral systems. They are cornered, with no authority to mobilize and raise the claims of impoverished people, poorly treated middle strata and even affluent sectors attached to honesty.<\/p>\n
The march itself set aside the traditional party system and its perverse way of doing politics, a clear sign that something new is brewing with a variety of politicized social actors.<\/p>\n
She went beyond Odebrech’s bribes and the simple complaint to the judicial authorities and established entities, because a significant part of society already perceives that the corrupt who exercise the powers of the State and the officials bribed by them will not act against itself; they are not going to put in jail or return the stolen by good, but will have to create a new situation that will invalidate them to govern and generate a new institutionality.<\/p>\n
The conviction grows, that while the great corruption emanates and benefits the dominating-ruling domes, which at the same time control the mechanisms guaranteeing impunity, it is foolish to ask, as you would expect, mangos from Bani out of the guasabara.<\/p>\n
That is why it is necessary to give more energy to the street democracy that begins to unfold, as well as to the proposal of a Sovereign Constituent that makes it possible to refound institutions, new justice, to sweep corruption and inequalities, and to create collective well-being. We must build together a political solution that replaces the decadent!<\/p>\n
