Por Narciso Isa Conde<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Hay quienes sugieren una negociaci\u00f3n para un pacto verde-morado.<\/p>\n Hay quienes quieren poner a \u00abnegociar\u00bb al movimiento Marcha Verde en procura de un \u00abpacto pol\u00edtico\u00bb con un Estado, un gobierno y un sistema de partidos a los que no le caben m\u00e1s delitos y altos funcionarios mafiosos.<\/p>\n Malos consejos radio-televisados. Mal\u00edsimos. Tan perjudiciales ?como aquella recomendaci\u00f3n de convertir Marcha Verde en partido para actuar dentro de esta marco institucionalidad o la que quiere reducirla a presionar al sistema de partidos e instituciones putrefactas por ellos asaltadas- que podr\u00edan conducirlo al suicidio o la derrota.<\/p>\n El poder constituido, sus instancias judiciales, congresuales, ejecutivas y empresariales, est\u00e1n tan evidentemente penetradas por la corrupci\u00f3n y abrazadas a la impunidad, que Marcha Verde, nutrida de la indignaci\u00f3n callejera, ha tenido que demandar el sometimiento judicial del Presidente Medina y exigir se investiguen sus principales ministros, dos ex-presidentes, dos ex-presidentes\/as y dos presidentes\/as de C\u00e1maras Legislativas; dando se\u00f1ales inequ\u00edvocas de que esto va en serio y con duro, sin quitarse sus guantes de seda.<\/p>\n Mal podr\u00eda entonces Marcha Verde negociar y pactar con quienes ella entiende -con todas las razones del universo y evidencias disponibles- deber\u00edan ser ejemplarmente procesados. Y peor aun ser\u00eda confiar en que las instituciones y los funcionarios subalternos, que conforman en conjunto todo un sistema de corrupci\u00f3n e impunidad, podr\u00edan tornarse confiables para hacer justicia y auspiciar reformas democratizadoras.<\/p>\n Mal podr\u00eda incluso favorecer por esa v\u00eda la permanencia en el poder de las mafias pol\u00edticas, empresariales y militares; a cambio de limitadas modificaciones dentro de esta institucionalidad corrompida y decadente. La fuerza acumulada y desplegada, sin embargo, debe servir para perseguir metas m\u00e1s trascendentes.<\/p>\n A este r\u00e9gimen no se le debe dar respiro.
