No se alarmen, se\u00f1ores del poder. Del poder econ\u00f3mico y pol\u00edtico-institucional. No se alarmen. No quieran presentarse v\u00edctimas siendo victimarios de esta sociedad.<\/p>\n
No griten cuando alguien favorece desmantelar estas instituciones putrefactas, este orden constitucional, en el que se ha conformado una dictadura disfrazada de democracia, un sistema de corrupci\u00f3n e impunidad que se roba gran parte de las riquezas generadas, siembra desigualdades colosales y fabrica penurias sociales a granel.<\/p>\n
Dictadura de enriquecidos contra empobrecidos, de hombres machistas contra mujeres, de adultos abusadores contra ni\u00f1os\/as y j\u00f3venes, de grandes delincuentes contra el pueblo honesto, de minor\u00edas depredadoras contra la naturaleza, del dogma contra la ciencia, de la mentira contra la verdad, de elites racistas contra inmigrantes haitianos\/as. Cruel, violenta, desfachatada… <\/p>\n
La tragedia de Emely devela la mezcla de esas atrocidades.<\/p>\n
No se descompongan cuando se proclama la necesidad de reemplazar este gobierno, justicia, JCE e institucionalidad sustentada en una constituci\u00f3n neoliberal y trujillista, con adornos principistas que ustedes mismos violan.<\/p>\n
No vociferen cuando se plantea la necesidad de una transici\u00f3n orientada por un gobierno provisional que convoque una Asamblea Constituyente soberana y participativa. Que cambie la carta magna y las nefastas reglas de juegos imperantes. Que se proponga el fin de la impunidad y el fin de la negaci\u00f3n de derechos fundamentales y del secuestro de la democracia.<\/p>\n
Ustedes merecen que las cosas se planteen de esa manera. No simulen. No calienten sus bocinas.<\/p>\n
Ustedes ilegitimaron su propio poder. Abusando de \u00e9l, us\u00e1ndolo para robar y matar de hambre, manejando Estado y territorio (suelo, subsuelo, sobre-suelo) como patrimonio particular. Corrompi\u00e9ndolo todo. <\/p>\n
El pueblo se \u00abjart\u00f3\u00bb, se indign\u00f3 y est\u00e1 movilizado vestido de verde, trillando su conversi\u00f3n en tsunami transformador.<\/p>\n
Cierto que la conciencia colectiva promedio de esta sociedad todav\u00eda no ha asumido cabalmente ideas como las expresadas por los 17 que sirvieron de portavoces del Manifiesto de 200 intelectuales, que adelant\u00e1ndose a lo que puede venir, suplantando el rol de Marcha Verde, en tono vanguardista llamaron a reemplazar este r\u00e9gimen ignominioso sin que todav\u00eda esa posibilidad haya madurado. <\/p>\n
Cierto que el conjunto verde no ha adoptado una propuesta as\u00ed o parecida. Pero no menos cierto es que ustedes, se\u00f1ores del poder, bloqueando empecinadamente el fin de la impunidad y nadando en una corrupci\u00f3n abrumante, est\u00e1n creando condiciones para ser desplazados por el pueblo, obviando las manipulables elecciones del 2020 y ejerciendo pura democracia de calle. Y yo ruego al dios pueblo-naturaleza que pronto as\u00ed sea. ( El Nacional, domingo 3-09-2017, Santo Domingo, RD)<\/p>\n

Do not be alarmed, gentlemen of power. Of the economic and political-institutional power. Do not be alarmed. They do not want to present themselves victims being victimizers by this society.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Do not scream when someone favors dismantling these rotten institutions, this constitutional order, which has shaped a dictatorship disguised as democracy, a system of corruption and impunity that robs much of the wealth generated, sows colossal inequalities and manufactures social hardships to bulk.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Dictatorship of the enriched against the impoverished, of macho men against women, of abusers against children and young people, of great criminals against the honest people, of predatory minorities against nature, of dogma against science, of lying against truth, of racist elites against Haitian immigrants. Cruel, violent, undisguised…<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The tragedy of Emely unveils the mixture of these atrocities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Do not break down when it is proclaimed the need to replace this government, justice, JCE and institutionality based on a neoliberal and trujillista constitution, with beginners ornaments that you violate yourselves.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Do not scream when the need for a transition led by an interim government convenes a sovereign and participatory Constituent Assembly. Let the letter change and the harmful rules of prevailing games. That it propose an end to impunity and an end to the denial of fundamental rights and the abduction of democracy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You deserve things to be raised that way. Do not simulate. Do not heat up your speakers.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
You illegitimate your own power. Abusing it, using it to steal and starve, managing State and territory (soil, subsoil, over-soil) as private property. Corrupting everything.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The people \u00abis fed up \u00ab, it was indignant and is mobilized dressed in green, threshing its conversion in transforming tsunami.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
It is true that the average collective consciousness of this society has not yet fully assumed ideas such as those expressed by the 17 who served as spokespersons for the Manifesto of 200 intellectuals, who anticipating what may come, supplanting the role of Green March, in a vanguard tone called to replace this ignominious regime without that possibility has yet matured.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

But no less true is that you, lords of power, stubbornly blocking the end of impunity and swimming in overwhelming corruption, are creating conditions to be displaced by the people, bypassing the manipulative elections of 2020 and exercising pure street democracy. And I beg the god-people-nature that soon will be.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
