Contrasta el rol clientelista, plagado de simulaciones, de los agentes gubernamentales-estatales, con la inmensa solidaridad espontanea y amorosa del pueblo dominicano hacia las v\u00edctimas de nuestra tragedia social potenciada por fen\u00f3menos naturales adulterados por el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n
Las v\u00edctimas son los\/as m\u00e1s empobrecidos\/as, excluidos\/as, marginados\/as… empujados hacia las zonas m\u00e1s vulnerables, m\u00e1s desprotegidas, m\u00e1s riesgosas.<\/p>\n
No son ni los ricachones de cunas, ni los nuevos ricos, ambos blindados por sus fortunas y refugiados en sus lujosos bunkers protegidos por una institucionalidad a su servicio.<\/p>\n
Ellos, sus instrumentos pol\u00edticos y militares, sus corporaciones, sus gobiernos, sus poderes judiciales y legislativos…son los victimarios, actores y c\u00f3mplices de la explotaci\u00f3n y el latrocinio que empobrece seres humanos y naturaleza toda. Que genera bienes para las elites y males para el resto de la sociedad.<\/p>\n
Ellos hurac\u00e1n tras hurac\u00e1n procrean m\u00e1s vulnerabilidad y lloriquean los impactos destructivos temporales fingiendo de fil\u00e1ntropos.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 EL USO POLITIQUERO DE LA TRAGEDIA HUMANA.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Hablan de \u00abayuda\u00bb donando lo que no es suyo, sino de todos\/as; o distribuyendo una pizca de lo que se han robado.<\/p>\n
Agotadas sus \u00abl\u00e1grimas de cocodrilos\u00bb vuelven a dejar todo peor: los pobres m\u00e1s pobres que retornan a sus nichos inmundos m\u00e1s depredados y con mayores riegos.<\/p>\n
Ha sido as\u00ed desde el cicl\u00f3n San Zen\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
La tragedia humana usada como escenario del clientelismo, de la simulaci\u00f3n, del disfraz de magnates y politiqueros, de la propaganda mentirosa.<\/p>\n
Hunden las econom\u00edas, quiebran a los m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles, empobrecen sin cesar, depredan el patrimonio natural, saquean las cuencas de los r\u00edos y las monta\u00f1as…y cuando las aguas y los vientos arrasan fungen de \u00absalvadores\u00bb.<\/p>\n
Contrasta esto ?repito- con el crecimiento de la intuici\u00f3n popular acerca de v\u00edctimas y victimarios, el auge de una actitud que se apoya en la idea de que \u00absolo pueblo salva al pueblo\u00bb, de que el poder constituido no guarda diferencia con la Cueva de Al\u00ed Bab\u00e1, de que tenemos que auto-defendernos, de que debemos practicar la solidaridad desinteresada.<\/p>\n
Eso explica que la mayor cantidad de refugios son casas de amigos y familiares. Que predominan abrumadoramente los desplazamientos por cuenta propia. Que el volumen del apoyo en ropa, medicinas, alimentos, colchones, camas… procede de una avalancha construida por la sociedad dominicana aqu\u00ed y en el exterior. Que el pueblo verde, sin autopromoci\u00f3n, sin gastos millonarios en publicidad, se emplea a fondo para mitigar la tragedia humana; mientras los \u00abjorocones\u00bb del poder multiplican privilegios, dispendios, aparatosidad, gastos superfluos…<\/p>\n
Esto marca una ruta de apoderamiento popular al margen del Estado y de las elites capitalistas. Una ruta de poder paralelo, de alternativa a la civilizaci\u00f3n partidocr\u00e1tica y burguesa decadente, de alternativa al poder mafioso que se recicla empobreci\u00e9ndonos material y espiritualmente esta sociedad.<\/p>\n
Las culpas espec\u00edficas en los males acumulados no se pueden obviar, ni en la historia remota ni en la reciente ni en el presente. Y vale de inmediato apuntar contra los culpables recientes que gravitan sobre este presente dram\u00e1tico: los cogollos del PRSC, PRD-PRM, PLD y grupos sat\u00e9lites entrelazados con poderosas c\u00fapulas empresariales y policiales-militares.<\/p>\n
Todos sus integrantes brutalmente enriquecidos, con voluminosos expedientes de corrupci\u00f3n y variados delitos de Estados.<\/p>\n
Todos todav\u00eda impunes, ejerciendo poder desde arriba y disfrutando de sus inmensas fortunas… hasta que la auto-organizaci\u00f3n popular y la rebeld\u00eda logren arrasar su blindaje y sacarlos de sus bunkers perfumados. It contrasts the lobbyist role, plagued by simulations, of government-state agents, with the immense spontaneous and loving solidarity of the Dominican people towards the victims of our social tragedy fueled by natural phenomena adulterated by climate change.<\/p>\n
The victims are the most impoverished, excluded, marginalized … pushed towards the most vulnerable, most unprotected, riskier areas.<\/p>\n
They are not those born in rich cribs, nor the new rich, both armored by their fortunes and refugees in their luxurious bunkers protected by an institutionalism at their service.<\/p>\n
They, their political and military instruments, their corporations, their governments, their judicial and legislative powers … are the perpetrators, accomplices and accomplices of the exploitation and the robbery that impoverishes human beings and all nature. It generates goods for elites and evils for the rest of society.<\/p>\n
Theirs hurricanes after hurricanes procreate more vulnerability and whine the temporary destructive impacts pretending philanthropic.<\/p>\n
? THE POLITICAL USE OF HUMAN TRAGEDY.<\/p>\n
They speak of \u00abhelp\u00bb by donating what is not theirs, but by everyone; or distributing a pinch of what they have stolen.<\/p>\n
When their \u00abcrocodile tears\u00bb are exhausted, they have left everything worse: the poorest of the poor who return to their filthy niches, more prey and with greater risks.<\/p>\n
It has been like this since the cyclone San Zen\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
The human tragedy used as a scenario of lobbyists, of the simulation, of the disguise of magnates and politicians, of lying propaganda.<\/p>\n
They sink economies, break the weakest, impoverish unceasingly, deplete the natural heritage, and plunder river and mountain basins … and when the waters and winds sweep away everything they pretend to act like \u00absaviors.\u00bb<\/p>\n
Contrast this – I repeat – with the growth of popular intuition about victims and perpetrators, the rise of an attitude that is based on the idea that \u00abonly people save the people\u00bb, that the constituted power does not keep any difference with the Cave of Ali Baba, that we have to defend ourselves, that we should practice disinterested solidarity.<\/p>\n
That explains why the largest numbers of shelters are homes of friends and family. Those displacements overwhelmingly prevail on their own account. That the volume of support in clothing, medicines, food, mattresses, beds … comes from an avalanche built by Dominican society here and abroad. That the green people, without self-promotion, without advertising dollars, are used in depth to mitigate the human tragedy; while the \u00abbig shots\u00bb of power multiply privileges, expenses, devices, superfluous expenses …<\/p>\n
This marks a route of popular seizure on the margins of the state and capitalist elites. A parallel power route, alternative to decadent bourgeois and party civilization, an alternative to mafia power that is recycled materially and spiritually impoverishing this society.<\/p>\n
The specific faults in the accumulated evils can not be ignored, neither in the remote history nor in the recent nor in the present. And it is worth pointing out the recent culprits about this dramatic present: the PRSC buddies, PRD-PRM, PLD and satellite groups intertwined with powerful business and police-military domes.<\/p>\n
All of its members are brutally enriched, with bulky records of corruption and various crimes of States.<\/p>\n
