PERO TAMBI\u00c9N LO ERA EL INICIO DEL DESMONTE GRADUAL DEL PORCENTAJE DEL COPAGO QUE ILEGALMENTE LES IMPONEN LAS PSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado final ser\u00e1 un incremento sustancial del PAGO DE LAS DIFERENCIAS de los pacientes poder acceder a los servicios de salud y a la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que les acuerda la Ley 87-01, sin m\u00e1s restricci\u00f3n que la del Art. 130 que dispone el pago del 30% en la compra de medicamentos ambulatorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la reserva de contar con m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, estimamos que esta decisi\u00f3n INCREMENTAR\u00c1 EL MONTO DE LOS COPAGOS EN UNOS 595.0 MILLONES DE PESOS, por encima de los 65,000 millones estimados para este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llama la atenci\u00f3n que en estas negociaciones LOS 4.5 MILLONES DE AFILIADOS NO ESTUVIERON DEBIDAMENTE REPRESENTADOS, a pesar de que seg\u00fan la Ley 87-01, son los beneficiarios del Sistema Dominicano de Seguridad Social (SDSS) <br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Arismendy Diaz Santana El aumento de las tarifas de los m\u00e9dicos y de los centros de salud era necesario.
